Gentlemen:
On behalf of my extended family, thank you! Never could we have anticipated a very challenging situation would be handled so effectively, thoroughly and pleasantly! The Coldwell Banker network was invaluable to us from start to finish.
Through a neighbor here in Glencoe, who is also a Coldwell Banker agent, I was referred to Brian Dole. My initial request for Scottsdale market comparable data was quickly fulfilled, although at that time, we did not expect to place my mother or my aunt’s condominiums on the market. My mother and I were given accurate information to evaluate an unsolicited purchase offer she had received. Very quickly we determined the offer was insufficient and with Brian’s assistance we could access a broader market and quickly take advantage of the spring sale market.
The prospect of undertaking the sale of 2 condominiums at the same time with family dispersed across the nation and little local area (Scottsdale) assistance available, was very daunting to my mother and aunt. With the assistance of Brian Dole and Charlene Boyd, we quickly moved from thinking about a possible future sale to listing the 2 units, holding an open house, receiving competing offers for each unit and setting the closing dates for each sale.
Brian and Charlene quickly assessed our needs, called upon their broad contacts and the Coldwell Banker resources to find, schedule and supervise, moving crews to pack up and move excess belongings and window washing and carpet cleaning crews to “spiff and polish” each unit for show. All of this was accomplished with Brian’s reassurances that everything could be accomplished in such a short time frame, that he had a contact or resource for each need that arose. He constantly assured us to not worry, “It will be taken care of”, and “Not a problem” - although we knew better in certain circumstances! His unfailing positive attitude, patience, and cheerful assistance extended to all of us were key to our successful sales. Brian and Charlene truly pulled out “all the stops”!!
Assisting elderly parents is an extremely difficult process from a distance! Brian and Charlene truly understood the challenges, were sensitive to my mother’s and aunt’s concerns, and treated all of us with professional attention and care. Throughout our unexpected rapid sale and closing process, and moving my mother and aunt within weeks, Brian and Charlene were in constant contact with family members across multiple time zones. They kept us up to date on all developments. We could never have anticipated such a complex and short transaction schedule could be handled so effectively and thoroughly, with no problems from start to finish!
Brian and Charlene are to be commended for going far beyond “the call” to offer and deliver Coldwell Banker services!!

Dear Brian,
I want to thank you for the wonderful job you did when I wanted to move from Chicago to Phoenix.
I had, I know, hard qualification. I wanted it all. A pool, mature landscaping, a good price in the best area, close to the airport.. I wanted a house in move in condition and I wanted it fast.
You delivered. Also, thanks for your references and facilitating with the financing..

We wanted you to know that we are very pleased with the quality of service your realtor, Brian Dole, has provided us. Brian rendered invaluable assistance to us in our relocation from Cranberry Twp, PA to Scottsdale, AZ. He made himself available to us each time we were in the area. He listened to our wants and requirements, then researched the best homes to show us in our limited amount of time.
In fact, Brian continued to research and look for houses even after we thought we had found “the one”. He did not feel that that house was suitable for us and maybe we were just settling for something. Brian was right. He found a fantastic house that we can now call “home.”
The day we arrived in Scottsdale, Brian was at our new home to warmly welcome us and show us around. He still makes himself available for any questions or referrals we might have about the area.
Brian, again, went out of his way to find us a qualified realtor to sell our Pennsylvania home. He continues to follow up with that realtor to assist in any way he can.
